Our Cancellation Policy
Arrival
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to relax and fill out our intake forms. This information helps to better address your needs and is required for most treatments.
Appointment Policy
Our staff and facilities are reserved for you at the time of your appointment. Our 1 hour appointments are a full 60 minutes. Our half-hour appointments are a full 30 minutes. In the event you are unavoidably late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide the services reserved in their entirety. Some services may have to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent scheduled appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
Payment
Payment for services may be made by cash, credit card, debit card or LiveWell Niagara gift certificates.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice (48 hour during holiday weekends) of cancellation or reschedule allows us to effectively allocate resources to best service our clients. A credit card is required to book all appointments at LiveWell Niagara. We require a minimum $25 deposit for all services and $100 deposit for PRF and Microneedling treatments. We will not charge your credit card until services have been rendered. However, if you miss your scheduled appointment without a 24hr cancellation or “no show” you will be charged accordingly.
If you miss your scheduled appointment with a 24hr cancellation or “no show” for your appointment we will charge your credit card on file according to your treatment booking.
Morpheus8 Deposit Policy
We require a payment of $250 to book and reserve all Morpheus8 appointments. This deposit will be charged in order to book your Morpheus8 appointment at LiveWell Niagara.
This deposit will be deducted off of your total treatment amount.
If you miss your scheduled Morpheus8 appointment without a 24hr cancellation or “no-show” for your appointment your credit card will be charged $100.
Cell Phones
Please turn cell phones off or place on vibrate or silent while in the Spa. If you must make a call, please remember that others are getting massages, facials, and spa treatments and appreciate your quiet voice.
